Ephesians 4: 11-12: "And he himself gave some, certainly apostles, and others, prophets, and others, evangelists, and others, pastors and doctors, For the perfection of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edification of the body of Christ."

ANDIn the local church there are three groups of believers, "Philippians 1: 1 says: Paul and Timothy, servants of Jesus Christ, to all the saints in Christ Jesus who are in Philippi, with bishops and deacons:". The saints or believers redeemed by the blood of Christ, the bishops, also known as elders or pastors and finally the deacons. Bishops and deacons have to know how to conduct themselves in the church, either to teach or to administer or to exhort or for any other activity. God in his grace will raise some specially trained by him to administer the local church.

God has given us different gifts, according to what he wanted to give each one. Therefore, if God has given us the gift of prophecy, let us speak according to the faith we have; If he has given us the gift of serving others, let us serve them well. He who has received the gift of teaching, who dedicates himself to teaching; He who has received the gift of encouraging others, is dedicated to encouraging them. Whoever gives, do it simply; he who occupies a position of responsibility, perform his position with care; He who helps those in need, do it with joy. (Romans 12: 6-8)

Administration

ABOUT US

1 Corinthians 12:28 tells us that one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit is precisely the gift of administration that is a supernatural capacity given by God through the Holy Spirit to some believers, by which those believers manifest a special willingness to organize everything what happens in the local church.
